Below is a brief overview of the Home Owners Association Rules and Covenants

• Minimum heated square footage on first floor is 1,800
• No vinyl siding
• The exterior of all homes shall be constructed of brick, natural stone, natural wood, a stucco finish such as Dryvit®, Hardy Plank or siding which is equal to or similarly approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
• No mobile, modular or otherwise movable homes
• HOA dues have not yet been determined
• Boat Slips maintained by HOA
• Architectural Review Committee to review and approve plans
• Pets are allowed with restrictions
